A fabulous meal, music and greetings. Many old friends, many new ones. This early part of the Festival, called "Full Festival" is set in Culiacan this year. Each year we start in a different location, developing knowledge of local needs and activities and building relationships. Many Culiacan area Rotarians brought spouses and their 14 exchange students. Some clubs have all male clubs and corresponding all female clubs, others mix male and female, and there is even a all female club. We had a blast!
