Founded 25 years ago by a mother who refused to accept that her child, or anyone else's, should be born with cerebral palsy and not receive physical therapy, occupational therapy, education and care. This program is supported solely by donations, grants and the efforts of committed and involved people. The Rotary Club Tres Rios has adopted this program and become an integral part of its care and maintence.
